Gardner Village

Saturday my mother in law tended Connor and they all went to Gardner Village. She emailed me some photos so I thought I would share. Of course Connor had a blast! It was such a nice sunny day Saturday what happened? Luckily we are going to sunny St.George tomorrow! I am so excited! We are going for 5 days and I am so excited to not have to work for 5 days! I really need a vacation!

The Good Old Days

Dance, Dance, Dance!

Dance Competitions for my little sisters's have started! I always go to one a year and I went to there 1st one of the year this year at Timpview. Jaqlyn danced really early so I had to be there at 8 am and then Taylor and Kailey danced from like 2 to 6 so it is definetly an all day thing. There was a dance that Kailey and Taylor got to do together cuz they did like 4 of the dance teams. It was the 1st time they have and they even were next to each other for a part! It was hard to get good pictures because they were moving, so the pictures would turn out all blurry. I didn't even get one good one of Kailey. Kailey and Taylor took 1st in ALL of there dances! They are amazing! Connor came with me Friday night cuz Billy was at work luckily it was only for a couple hours. Saturday Billy was off so he kept him and they went up to his Mom's for a barbeque. Connor was good Friday night he made a friend with a 4 year old little boy and they had fun playing with empty water bottles. Connor started singing "Single Ladies" and this whole group of dancers sitting behind us started singing a long with him it was so funny!

A couple Saturday's ago when I was at work Billy took Connor to the Discovery Park. Here are a couple pictures from it.




Connor LOVES to be outside! It was so fun playing outside every day last week and then this stupid cold weather had to come! Hopefully it will not stay because we are ready for SPRING! Luckily next week we are going to St. George, so if it isn't warm here it will be warm there! I am so excited to go we haven't went on vacation since Hawaii in November. Our friends Ryan and Liz Holdaway and there boys are going to come with us. I am excited it will be fun!

We're getting a new car!!!

Amber and I have thought long and hard about this and we have decided to buy a new car! Here's a video of it:

Kailey's Birthday

Last Friday was my sister Kailey's 15th birthday. That may sound young to all of you but to me she is getting so grown up! She is my oldest little sister and I can't believe how grown up she is now! I still remember how excited I was when she was born to finally have a little sister after being an only child for 10 years. We have been close ever since she was born. We have a special bond even though we are 10 years apart. I am her only big sister and so even though I am a lot older than her she looks up to me a lot and I hope I am a good role model to her :). Next year she will be 16 and trust me stay off the roads in Benjamin :)

NOPE cupcakes! Billy made these cupcakes on Sunday that are called speggetti and meatballs and they look just like them! It was weird eating them thinking how much they looked like it but they were delicious!

Bridal Shower

Wednesday night was my friend Michelle's Bridal Shower at Olive Garden. Michelle is a team lead at Target with me and we are really good friends. I love working with her and we have a great partnership at work! We had a really good turn out and even a couple of people that don't work at Target came! Tori brought her sister and Michelle's best friend Whitney came. Olive Garden is so amazing but I get so full from breadsticks and salad and I had had 3 Raspberry lemonades before they even brought my food! By the time they brought my food I only had a few bites because I was so full but I still love this place!

It was so fun to hang out with all my Target friends outside of work. We usually only do for showers the last time we did it was for Crystal's bridal shower back in like September. We have so much fun we need to do it more often!

Connor is so funny lately! The things he does and said he is HILARIOUS! He loves to make people laugh and laughs really hard after you laugh at him. His favorite song right now is Single Ladies. He will ask me for it so that he can watch the music video on my iphone. I will get it for him and then he will take it and watch it and just start singing and dancing it is so cute! He says the oh oh oh part really good and he says all the single ladies, put a ring on it, and put your hands up. I will try to record it the next time he does it and post it!

He said some funny things last night and I want to document them before I forget!
His juice had gotten gone and he asked for some milk so I got him some milk. He was still holding his juice cup and when I handed him his milk cup he said Hi Juice, Hi Milk, They're friends.
I was in the bathroom getting ready and he took my comb and started combing the wall and said "I weeping" (sweeping)
Connor's favorite word used to be not yet. You would ask him if he was ready to go to bed and he would say NOT YET well now it is 5 MINUTES! I will say Connor let's go to bed and his response is NO 5 MINUTES!
He ran in to Wash (our dog) the other day and said Sorry Wash I didn't mean too. I told Billy and he said that he also has said Sorry Wash I didn't mean too it was an accident.
He is getting really good at the sounds letters make and he will make the sound and then say words they start with after. For example he will say mmmm mmmm mmm Monkey! mmmmm mmm mmm Mouth! mmm mmmm mmmm Mouse!

Fun with Fam

Yesterday morning I went to breakfast with my fam to McDonald's. Connor was so excited to go there and he had sooo much fun! I am so lucky to have a 6 year old sister to look out for Connor and be the "big sister" to him. She took him down all the slides and they had a blast!

My cousin Julie and her little guy John were in town. They live in Nevada. I went down to my Grandma's Wednesday afternoon to see her. Julie it was good seeing you! Connor unfortunately was not very nice to John. He would push him and say go away. If Connor had something and John even looked at him he would whine Mine Mine and hit him. It was frustrating and I really hope he gets better at sharing! John was such a tough guy and didn't even cry and would just stand there. He is so cute!

The other day I heard Connor say draw circles, draw circles, and I said yeah without really paying attention. Well I should have because he drew circles on my wall! I am proud of him for being able to draw circles, but not for doing them on the wall! Luckily it came off very easily though.
